El Markes - this time solo

Another quick update of my latest bust, El Markes by Tale of War. This time without Bombel trying to devour poor little fella.

Still lots to do, and work is more haotic than usually (some random pieces are still in really early/wtf is happening here??, stage). But I'm rather happy with the face, leather elements and freehand on the hat, I even like the yellow bandana. Hair and the cloak are still pain in the neck, I might repaint it at some point. But what colour should I choose for the cloak? What do you think? Brown, more or less like a hat, red or maybe green?

Inspector Bombel's new Assistant

Hi Guys:D
I'd like to introduce our new family member and Mr Bombel's new Assistant.

Her name is Mila (or Milka), she's almost 5 months old and she's definitely the cutest little devil I know.
Hopefully in time she'll develop an interest in miniatures and will be a valuable help for Inspector Bombel. But for now she's just fooling around and having good time;]

So please, say hello to our little princess, and make her welcome here;]

Spiderman - mission almost impossible!!

The word 'almost' is a key here...

I still can't believe I managed to assembly this little bastard. On the left picture below you can see red lines where the mini was cut by the producer. I'd love to shake hand of the person who made that decision... seriously dude congratulations...
On top of that, right arm was a 'tiny bit' too short (check on the pictuers the amount of Milliput I used), and basically I had to guess how exactly should I glue his arms to the shoulders. And to be honest, tight space between his legs didn't left too much room for tweezers.

But after a countless hours of heavily swearing, sweating, throwing the mini back in the box, and even trying to bribe Mr Bombel to eat his head (one little head = one can of tuna, sadly he didn't go for it), it looks like the mini is ready for a primer.
If the primer won't show me any uneven places (you can imagine it's rather tight there around his arms) painting should be piece of cake.
So please, finger crossed guys, and I'm off to my painting station;]

Bombel the Inspector and new desk setup

For ages I was complaining that my desk is not big enough for all my painting related stuff. That I have to stash it in various boxes and crates, and then nothing is at hand when needed.
But unfortunately we live in rather small flat, without too much hope for a change at the moment, so there is no space for another desk just for a painting station.
Finally I decided to buy at least a shelf to keep some stuff closer. And that's the result (of course some rearrangements on the shelfs will happen in the process):

As you can see Bombel the Inspector is rather pleased  with the new arrangements and claims the bottom shelf for himself. I must say, I was hoping that he can squeeze his furry ass in half of the shelf, maybe even 1/3... but it was vain hope as as presented above.

Menhom's arms - WIP

This time I can show you that Menhom has arms:) And that they're almost ready.
If I'm lucky, and Mr Bombel won't be too upset after visiting the Vet (=too big pain in the neck), I should be able to finish them and glue to the body.

New arrival, and Bombel the Inspector:D

My latest purchase arrived today:D

First historical piece, new company in the collection.
Awesome BadA$$ Viking Chief from Pegaso Models.  Scale 1:20, so he's quite big, impressive, and expensive:(.

Ahh look at him! So bold and beautiful;p
Staring somewhere at the horizon. His whole posture screaming: I got the power!! (and I won't hesitate to use it, but I guess just my gaze should make your knees tremble!)
